the Government of the Republic of Kenya (gok) Has Received Financing in Form of a Loan From the African Development Bank (afdb) Hereinafter Called the Bank Toward the Cost of the Upgrading of El Wak-rhamu Road Project. the Project Will Be Implemented in Two Lots, Lot 1: Upgrading of El Wak-gari Road (74km) and Lot 2: Upgrading of Gari – Rhamu Road (68km). the Gok Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds of the Loan Toward Payments Under the Contract for the Construction of Lot 1: Upgrading of El Wak-gari Road (74km). ?
