Tenders Are Invited for Procurement of Biomedical Equipment Batch 3
the Government of the Republic of Kenya Has Received Financing From African Development Fund (adf) Hereinafter Called the Bank Toward the Cost of the East Africa’s Centre’s of Excellence for Skills and Tertiary Education in Biomedical Science Phase 1-af and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds Toward Payments Under the Contracts for Procurement of Biomedical Equipment-batch 3. for This Contract, the Borrower Shall Process the Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing, Except for Those Payments Which the Contract Provides to Be Made By Letter of Credit.
