Tender description : Tenders are invited for Renovation of the historic DPS building in Piskorowice-Molynie with accompanying infrastructure - stage III The scope of the subject of the order consists of: 1. strengthening the roof truss and replacing the roof covering along with gutters, downpipes, and sheet metal work due to the change of covering from metal to ceramic tiles, it is planned to strengthen the roof purlins with a span of 5.1m on both the southern and northern slopes. Due to insufficient insulation of the attic partitions, it is assumed: horizontal part of the attic: - dismantling the existing layer of boards, - laying - raising the beams by the thickness of an additional layer of insulation, - adding a layer of mineral wool 15 cm thick, - re-laying the previously removed boards. sloping part of the attic: - dismantling the existing covering of metal tiles, - dismantling the wind insulation and roof boarding, - raising the roof rafters by 10 cm with edge beams, - supplementing the existing insulation with mineral wool by adding an additional layer of 10 cm, - laying a barrier of wind insulation film and then counter battens and battens, - relocating existing roof windows, - performing a roof covering with overlapping ceramic tiles along with sheet metal work. 2. In internal masonry and plastering works on the ground floor and attic, it is planned to change the location and reconstruction of some partition walls on the ground floor and first floor as well as changing the width of door openings in internal walls, over which ceramic-reinforced concrete lintels will be installed. New sections of partition walls on the ground floor should be placed on a layer of concrete. New plasters will be made on new partition walls and in places where the existing plaster shows detachment, new cement-lime plasters will be made and finished with ceramic tiles or by painting. In the rooms near sinks, protective aprons will be made on the walls 75 cm wide from the axis of the sink in both directions, up to a height of 1.50 m from the floor level. 3. Replacement of floor layers in the basements, ground floor, and attic. In connection with the planned installation of underfloor heating in the ground floor rooms, it is planned to dismantle the existing floor layers 18 cm thick and make new layers - in the residents rooms and administrative rooms, a floor with PVC flooring is planned. Homogeneous flooring, resistant to wear and abrasion, min. 2mm thick. The flooring is intended for use on floors with underfloor heating. - In communication corridors and in some rooms (according to the drawing specification), a floor with rectified gres tiles 30x30 cm, anti-slip (R10), easy to clean, abrasion-resistant. Light gray color (matte). - In the ground floor meeting room, a floor with gres tiles imitating parquet in light oak color is planned. - Wall cladding of sanitary rooms and other indicated rooms (kitchenette, washing room) with glazed wall ceramic tiles, rectified 30x60 cm, white color. - Ceramic cladding up to a height of 2 m from the floor level. 4. Replacement of internal window and door joinery. The complete internal door and window joinery is subject to replacement, i.e., doors to rooms or doors, windows, and glazing in communication corridors. External vertical windows and doors as well as roof windows were replaced in previous years and are not subject to replacement. 5. Renovation of the facade. The renovation of the facade consists of removing the layer of paint by sandblasting or washing with an appropriate preparation, repairing cracks and fissures by filling them with a covering primer, making a smoothing layer over the entire surface of the mineral plaster with putty, painting with renovation paints. Large through cracks in the walls in the areas above the lintels should be eliminated by reinforcing the walls with spiral rods placed in cut grooves on a system mortar. Detached plasters will be detached and replaced with new renovation ones. The renovation also includes the decoration of sculptural stucco. 6. Construction of a gazebo. The intention is to build a gazebo in the form of an open shed measuring 10.5 m x 6.0 m, in a three-span wooden structure. A four-pitched roof covered with flat metal joined at a standing seam. Wooden elements painted white. Between the rafters from the underside of the covering, full boarding with planed boards. Foundations in the form of reinforced concrete footings. 7. Reconstruction of sanitary installations. The building subject to the application is equipped with water and sewage and central heating installations. The building is supplied with water from a connection to the existing water pump station located in the main building. Sanitary sewage is discharged through two lateral connections to the external sanitary network. The building is heated from the existing gas boiler room. Hot water is prepared in the building in a 500l capacity storage tank. The planned reconstruction includes the replacement of existing sanitary installations, the installation of cooling systems for selected rooms, and heat pump technology for heating and preparing hot water. Existing sanitary installations will be completely dismantled. 8. Reconstruction of electrical installations. As part of the reconstruction of electrical installations, it is planned to dismantle all existing electrical installations and replace them with the construction of: single-phase and three-phase outlets, single-phase sockets dedicated to data, basic and external lighting, emergency evacuation lighting, and additional directional lighting, structured cabling, CCTV IP monitoring installation, construction of RTV installation, fire alarm signaling, call, surge protection, lightning protection, and grounding, local equipotential bonding rails, construction of external electrical installation on the premises, construction of a fire emergency power switch, construction of WLZ and RG, R1 distribution boards. 9. Construction of an external photovoltaic installation. As part of the applied application, it is planned to build a photovoltaic installation on the premises with an energy storage system in the second building of the social welfare home, which is connected to the historic building. The scope of the external photovoltaic installation includes: construction of cables on the premises, installation of PV modules on the structure, installation of an inverter, construction of an RDC distribution board, expansion of the existing RG distribution board, construction of an energy storage installation on the premises, construction of lightning protection installation, construction of surge protection installation, construction of a fence around the photovoltaic panels. The facility is listed in the register of monuments of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship by decision A-969 dated June 4, 1976. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in the project documentation - Annex No. 11 to the SWZ, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works - Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, and bill of quantities (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ).
