Tenders Are Invited for Recruitment of An Expert in Urban Hydraulics for the Project Management Unit of the Greater Bangui Aep Project (cemob)
the Services Provided Under This Contract Include Support From the Project Management Unit for the Greater Bangui Aep Project (cemob) – Predire Rca Component to Coordinate and Supervise Technical Activities Related to Urban Hydraulics.
for Information Only and Not Limitation, the Services Consist Of:
ensure the Implementation of Technical Activities in All Its Components in Relation to the Various Stakeholders;
contribute to the Preparation and Adequate Implementation of the Work Program;
guarantee the Proper Execution of the Technical Aspects of the Project and Supervise Them From the Launch Phase, Until Receipt of the Works and Closure of the Project;
lead the Preparation and Ensure Quality Assurance of Technical Files and Technical Study Reports Produced as Part of the Implementation of the Project;
ensure Technical, Social and Financial Monitoring of Feasibility and Detailed Pre-project Studies (apd) Planned as Part of the Project;
validate the Technical Studies (summary and Detailed Preliminary Design, Works Execution Plans) and Assist the Procurement Expert in the Preparation of Tender Documents;
ensure That All Project Performance Indicators as Well as Sector Performance Indicators Are Clearly Defined and Their Monitoring Ensured;
provide Technical Assistance and Strengthen the Capacities of State Technical Structures (dgrh, Sodeca) in Carrying Out Detailed Pre-project Studies and Monitoring Works
