Proposals Submission Instructions
1. All proposals must be submitted exclusively to nairobigsofp@state.gov Submissions sent to any other email address or copied (cc’d) to other recipients will not be considered.
Ensure that the PR/Solicitation number (PR15998773) and title of the solicitation is clearly indicated in the subject line of your email.
2. Attachments should be clearly named to reflect their content, for example: “Technical Proposal – [Vendor Name]” and “Financial Proposal – [Vendor Name]”.
The Subject line of your email should be: PR15998773– Storm Water Control Repairs at RR641.
Please provide two separate proposals addressing the following
• PR15998773- Financial Proposal: This includes pricing information for all contract line items associated with this requirement.
• PR15998773- Technical Proposal: This is in response to requirements in SF1442 evaluation criteria and SOW
Ensure to provide a price for each contract Incomplete quotes may be rejected. Do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) as U.S. Government purchases are zero-rated in accordance with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Government will not pay VAT charges.
Review and complete the attached NDAA memo attesting to the use or non-use of prohibited telecommunication equipment and/or services.
