prequalification of suppliers & business opportunities
the catholic agency for overseas development (cafod) in partnership with partners (caritas sudan- hope sudan and sos sudan) with financial assistance from the act alliance and caritas internationalis, un, echo, have been implementing a massive humanitarian emergency response programme in sudan. the overall objective of the programme is to respond to the immediate needs of the internally displaced persons (idps), refugees, and host communities in white nile, north kordofan and khartoum states through multisectoral climate-resilient water, sanitation and hygiene (crwash), protection and multi-purpose cash assistance (mpca) interventions.
cafod and partners in process of updating the supplier’s database invite all interested companies/ contractors, suppliers/ vendors, consultancy firms, institutes, service providers to submit complete company profile for review.
interested companies/ contractors, suppliers, consultancy & institutes must provide the following information indicating that they are qualified to carry out the works:
the company’s valid registration
taxation chamber certification zakat & tax release and other government related registration
vat registration
history / profile of the company
an expression of interest (eoi) stating continuous availability throughout the duration of the assignment.
reference letter and certificate of completion from an organisation where similar work/s was done, supply certificates.
indicate which supplies, works or service you are interested in supplying
cafod invites qualified suppliers of one or several of the following goods and services and works to respond to this advertisement. suppliers who have responded to this advertisement and provided the required information may be invited to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s).

hotel accommodations & catering service -hall rental

pharmaceutical supplies and equipment
personal protection and safety equipment
hygiene kits/cleaning tools/clean delivery kits, and dignity kits
supplying and installation of solar electricity generation systems
printing books, stationeries, t-shirt, leaflets, posters, etc.
vehicle spare parts – vehicle service providers
rental of vehicles and hire of trucks
road transport services
skills and livelihoods materials, including weaving, sewing, knitting, and crocheting materials and sewing machines and parts • soap-making chemicals
agriculture tools, equipment, and supplies
consultant (meal-fsl- environmental & wash engineering)
media services (photography, videography, documentary film making)
needs assessments and report writing consultants
cash distribution services
the last date for submission of completed profiles 30june 2026 by 3:00 pm, but the incomplete profile will not be considered.
