Tenders are invited for "build a tourist hotel complex with outdoor, indoor pool and spa s+p+mezzanine+3e+technical floor withdrawn" through the just transition program, component
The investment presented in the project consists, on one hand, of creating a new service unit for tourism activities, and on the other hand, it will lead to the diversification of the activities provided by the company at this moment, through services that have not been previously offered by the company, namely it aims to develop a tourism service activity, through a well-structured strategy, based on an innovative approach to the activity. Thus, the core activity of the company at the time of implementing this project is carried out in the recreational field. Through this project, investments will be made that involve the construction of a tourist hotel complex with an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and spa, with a structure of basement + ground floor + mezzanine + 3 floors + a technical retracted floor, which will serve as a hotel, as well as equipping it to the standards of the market and legislation in the field of wellness tourism, in order to quickly attract customers and create all the necessary conditions for providing innovative and quality services. Therefore, the activity carried out by the applicant at this moment has no connection with the activity presented in the business plan, which will involve accommodation services corresponding to the CAEN code 5510 - hotels and other accommodation facilities, which will be accompanied by meal services for customers benefiting from accommodation, through the restaurant within the hotel. The project will be implemented on the land located in the city of Novaci, Rânca street, no. 188a, point Plaiul Mare, Gorj county, with an area of 13,500 square meters, identified with the cadastral number 42885, cf 42885, Romania. Following the implementation of the project, a working point will be opened and the CAEN code 5510 - hotels and other accommodation facilities will be authorized. The space where the project is intended to be implemented is owned by Indicontomat Serv SRL based on the concession contract concluded with the UAT city of Novaci, with registration number 6336 from 15.04.2024. The investment that the applicant foresees through the project is directly correlated with the health and wellness field, promoting a healthy lifestyle, identified in RIS3, both through the services and facilities that are intended to be offered and due to the equipment proposed for acquisition. Through the specific nature of the technological flow, the proposed CAEN code 5510 - hotels and other accommodation facilities, has the potential for smart specialization according to the RIS3 approach. From the perspective of the strategic positioning of the implementation site in Novaci, a picturesque mountain town located at the foot of the Parâng Mountains, a favorable framework is created for capitalizing on the wellness concept. This facilitates a deep connection with nature, which is often seen as an essential component of regeneration and relaxation. The proposed investment responds to the growing need to escape daily stress and find balance in a healthy and sustainable way, transforming vacations into real opportunities to invest in personal health in the long term. The investment has the potential to significantly contribute to wellness tourism by exploiting the unique advantages of the mountain environment and integrating them into hotel offers and services. This approach not only enriches the experience of tourists but also adds ecological and social value to the city of Novaci. Starting from the essential elements of wellness tourism established within RIS3, according to which wellness means relaxation, regular movement, spiritual balance, harmony with nature, balanced nutrition, the 5-star hotel complex is a skilled tool in achieving these goals. The investment has significant potential to contribute to maintaining or improving the well-being of tourists, thus converging with the aspirations of this field through the investment plan made.
