Tenders Are Invited for participation of sports clubs in official competitions in collective sports in 2026
The Municipality of Ajdovšcina, Cesta 5. maja 6/a, 5270 Ajdovšcina, based on the Rules on the Procedure for Implementing Public Tenders in the Municipality of Ajdovšcina (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 82/16), the Decision on the Initiation of the Procedure and Appointment of the Administrative and Expert Commission No. 41031-37/2026 of 26 May 2026, and the conditions and criteria adopted by the expert commission on 28 May 2026, is publishing a Public Tender for Co-financing the Participation of Sports Clubs in Official Competitions in Collective Sports Branches in 2026.
I. Subject of the public tender:
The subject of the public tender is:
co-financing the costs of participation of sports clubs in official competitions of industry sports associations in collective sports industries (national championships / leagues 1st, 2nd and 3rd and national cup championship).
II. Approximate value of available funds
In 2026, the Municipality of Ajdovšcina will allocate:
€50,000.00 to co-finance the costs of participation of sports clubs in official competitions of industry sports associations in collective sports industries. The funds are provided under item 18047, account 4120 00.
III. Conditions and criteria and amount of co-financing:
Conditions
Sports clubs that meet the following conditions can apply for the public tender:
are based in the municipality of Ajdovšcina,
competed with a member team in collective sports disciplines in the 2025/2026 season, in official competitions approved by the OKS-ZŠZ in the national championship in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd league.
