Tenders Are Invited for service for the creation of the inventory and catalog of applications and databases of the Terrassa City Council, two instruments inherent in Data Governance.
The object of the contract is the service for the creation of the inventory and catalog of applications and databases of the City Council of Terrassa, two instruments inherent to Data Governance. These transversal instruments must allow the identification, classification and description of municipal information sources taking into account different dimensions. • The application inventory contains the exhaustive list of all existing applications within the technological environment of the City Council of Terrassa. This instrument contains information of a more technical and operational nature, necessary to govern the technical and risk management dimension such as security and obsolescence, among others. • The application catalog contains the structured information of the applications, with a marked orientation towards users or management with the aim of defining and characterizing each of the applications used in the municipal environment. It has a more strategic and functional nature, allowing the application of data governance policies.
