Tenders Are Invited for “Project management (study – monitoring and control) of the overall development project of the headquarters of the Bank of Algeria in Naama”
210, rue Hassiba Ben Bouali/Algiers
The inner envelope must be sealed and clearly marked with the name and exact address of the bidding engineering firm.
The outer envelope must be sealed and strictly anonymous, bearing only the following inscription:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (STUDY, MONITORING, AND CONTROL) OF THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR THE BANK OF ALGERIA HEADQUARTERS IN "NAAMA".
DO NOT OPEN
Only engineering firms or consortia of engineering firms that have obtained the specifications will be eligible to submit a bid.
In the case of a temporary consortium of engineering firms, the specifications must be obtained by the lead contractor or their designated representative, unless otherwise stipulated in the memorandum of understanding. The bidder is required to have completed at least one (1) project similar to the project described in these specifications within the last ten (10) years.
A similar project is defined as a project encompassing the design and supervision of all aspects of the development or construction (new project) of a bank branch or administrative building.
Please note that a site visit is mandatory and scheduled for June 24, 2026.
The deadline for submitting bids is June 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Bidders wishing to attend the bid opening session are invited to appear at the following address: 210, Rue Hassiba Ben Bouali, Algiers (formerly DVP), 1st floor, Office ED-1: meeting room, on June 30, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. Bidders will remain bound by their bids for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of the bid
