IRA 20% EDF E Contract Duration 34 CD F Bid Document Fee Php1,000.00 The significant times and deadline of procurement activities are shown below 1 Advertisement June 11, 2026 – June 17, 2026 2 Pre-Bid Conference June 18, 2026 – Brgy. Hall – 2pm 3 Closing of Bid Submission and Opening of Bids and Evaluation June 30, 2026 – Brgy. Hall – 2pm 4 Post Qualification July 01-03, 2026 5 Notice of Award July 06, 2026 6 Contract Preparation July 07, 2026 7 Contract Signing July 08, 2026 Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion in accordance with R.A. 12009 and its revised implementing rules and regulation IRR. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy five percent 75% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BARANGAY SAN LUIS-Capul and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below Bidding document will be made available on June 11, 2026, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM– 4:00 PM and may be secured at the BAC Office upon payment of non-refundable Bidding Document Fee. The same set of documents may also be downloaded free of charge from the Philippine Government Procurement System PhilGEPS and shall still be paid at the Office of the Barangay Treasurer, Barangay San Luis, Capul, Northern Samar. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the deadline of submission of the bids. The Barangay – San Luis of Capul reserves the right to accept any Bid and to annul the bidding process and to reject any bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
