Tenders are invited for Protection service for persons, property and property of the District Court in Sanok.
The subject of the order includes 24-hour security on each day of the validity of the Agreement for the facility of the District Court in Sanok in the period from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027, with the proviso that during the Courts opening hours, i.e. 7.30 a.m. - 3.30 p.m. (Monday to Friday, possibly on a designated working Saturday), 2 security employees are on duty, during other hours, on non-working days and additional non-working days. 1 security employee will be on duty.

The contractor provides other protection, i.e.:
The contractor will provide an intervention group,
1) ensuring immediate (up to 10 minutes during the day and 5 minutes at night) arrival of an intervention group from the moment of receiving an alarm signal, and/or in the event of a threat and/or receiving a call by security personnel or authorized employees of the Ordering Party, which meets the requirements specified in §1 point 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of October 21, 2011 on the principles of arming specialized armed security formations and storage conditions, and recording weapons and ammunition (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2015.992).
Scope of the subject of the order - applies to the facility in Sanok at ul. Kosciuszki 5. and supervision of alarm systems in the premises located in Sanok at ul. Kiczury 16
The Ordering Party requires that all security employees performing tasks related to the physical security of court buildings be entered on the list of qualified physical security employees throughout the duration of the contract.
Physical security staff cannot have the status of a disabled person.
Due diligence is required in the implementation of this Subject of the Agreement, understood as the diligence of a professional in the activities covered by the subject of these proceedings.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party in accordance with Art. 60 section 1 and art. 121 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the key part of the subject of the order, including security services. The Ordering Party allows the Subcontractor to carry out only part of the task related to providing an intervention group on the basis of providing resources referred to in Art. 118 of the Public Procurement Law, in a situation where the contractor submitting the offer relies on the resources of other entities.
