Construction works
Implementation of the construction project entitled: "White - Blue Basket Zone - Walbrzych Citizens Budget - Edition 2026" in the "design and build" mode The subject of the order is the implementation of a construction project entitled: "white-blue basket zone - walbrzych citizens budget - 2026 edition" in the "design and build" mode.
1.1. the subject of the order includes:
1) develop comprehensive, full-discipline design documentation with authors supervision and obtain, on its basis, the administrative decisions necessary for implementation, including a certificate of no grounds for objection to the notification of construction or other construction works or a building permit decision. the documentation should include in particular:
a) geodetic situational and elevation maps for design purposes,
b) detailed inventory of the area covered by the study,
c) multi-discipline construction design, prepared in accordance with the regulation of the minister of development of september 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction design (consolidated text: journal of laws of 2022, item 1679, as amended), i.e. land development design (pzt), architectural and construction design (pab) and technical design (pt),
d) all arrangements required by law, opinions, necessary technical conditions, approvals, permits and derogations,
e) approvals by appraisers, if required, regarding: fire protection, sanitary-hygiene and occupational health and safety,
f) as-built construction documentation,
g) as-built geodetic documentation,
h) traffic organization design for the duration of construction (if necessary),
i) other resulting from legal provisions, obtained arrangements, necessary to obtain a permit to carry out construction works/demolition permit and to obtain a document authorizing the use of the facility in accordance with the law,
j) documents referred to in the ffu,
1.2. type and scope of works
1) on the basis of the developed design documentation referred to in point 1.1, construction works should be performed aimed at building basketball courts along with the accompanying infrastructure, in particular:
a) construction of two 3x3 basketball courts,
b) construction of a modular elastomeric sports surface,
c) installation of mobile ramp baskets,
d) construction of a fence in the form of barrier nets,
e) construction of a grandstand for spectators,
f) lighting the pitches,
g) construction of walkways and sidewalks,
h) execution of earthworks and preparatory works,
i) execution of linear drainage,
j) landscaping around the pitches,
k) carrying out the necessary demolitions,
l) execution of other works resulting from the functional and utility program and the design documentation.
2) obtain a final administrative decision authorizing the facility for use or another document authorizing the use of the facility in accordance with the law.
1.3. the detailed scope of the subject of the order is determined by:
1) draft provisions of the contract
2) specification of the terms and conditions of the order (hereinafter referred to as the "swz") together with any explanations from the ordering party to the swz and changes to the swz, constituting annex no. 1 to the agreement,
3) functional and utility program, constituting annex no. 2 to the agreement,
4) table of settlement elements, constituting annex no. 4 to the agreement.
