Tenders are invited for Order notice
Deliveries
Delivery of a special device - a backhoe loader 1. the subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new wheeled backhoe loader with additional equipment, loader and excavator accessories, documentation, warranty, service and operator training for the ordering party.
2. the scope of the subject of the order includes in particular:
1) delivery of a brand new wheeled backhoe loader with the required accessories, additional equipment, documentation, warranty, service and operator training for the ordering party,
2) delivery of loader equipment, including a multi-functional loader bucket and equipment enabling loading, earthwork, paving, leveling and transport work,
3) supply of backhoe excavator equipment, including a variable-length excavator arm, excavator buckets, a slope bucket and a compatible quick coupler
with the offered machine and supplied accessories,
4) providing the required documents regarding the offered backhoe loader, in particular the eu/ec declaration of conformity, a document confirming the ce marking, an operators manual in polish, a spare parts catalog and warranty documents
5) conducting training for the ordering partys employees in the scope of basic construction, principles of safe operation, daily operation, maintenance and use of the delivered backhoe loader
6) delivery of the subject of the order at the contractors expense and risk to the place indicated by the ordering party, i.e. ul. sienkiewicza 20, 69-110 rzepin, including unloading, starting the machine and providing the required documentation
7) ensuring quality guarantee and service in accordance with the requirements specified in swz, sopz and the draft provisions of the contract
the delivered machine (backhoe loader) must be complete, free from physical, technical and legal defects, unused, not a prototype or a device manufactured individually for the purposes of this order, and come from mass production.
