the Municipality of Rotterdam is Responsible for the Maintenance of Civil Structures in Its Municipality. the Current Maintenance Contract for Structures and Quay Walls Expires By Operation of Law on December 31, 2026. for This Reason, the Work Must Be Put Back on the Market.
the Contract is Very Diverse in Terms of Activities, Such as Earthwork Activities, Innovation of Wearing Layers, Maintenance of Masonry Structures, Replacing Sheet Piling and Resolving Malfunctions and Calamities.
plot 2 Maintenance Pontoons
in 2023, the Municipality of Rotterdam Was Given Management of 67 Objects, Namely Pontoons and Water Taxi Jetties, Including 23 Pontoons Within the (public) Water Network. the Municipality is Responsible for the Maintenance of the Pontoons. for This Purpose, the Municipality Wants to Conclude a Framework Agreement with a Maintenance Party. This Has Created An Additional Need to Contract - in Addition to Civil Engineering Works - Also the Maintenance of Pontoons Through This Agreement.
