Invitation for Bids (ifb): supply of Bitumen and Cold Premixed Asphalt for Financial Year 2026- 2027 (as and When Required)
Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by22 June 2026 up to at 12 59 hours (Local Time).
4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 22 June 2026 from 16 01 hourstill 24 June 2026 up to 09 59 hours.
5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on24 June 2026 at 10 00 hoursup to24 June 2026 at 16 00 hours.
