Tenders are invited for Supply and distribution of dairy products - uht milk and yogurt - to preschoolers in state kindergartens with a normal 4-hour program and for students included in special education in covasna county, for the school years 2026-2029.
For the school years 2026-2029, Covasna County, through the Covasna County Council, intends to conclude a framework agreement for the public procurement of dairy products (UHT milk and yogurt) for preschoolers in state kindergartens with a normal 4-hour program and for students in state primary and secondary education, as well as for preschoolers and students included in special education in Covasna County, namely three subsequent contracts for the school years 2026-2029. The identified need will be met through the awarding procedure of the framework agreement for the public procurement of dairy products for the school years 2026-2029 in accordance with the provisions of the public procurement law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions.
